Following up our Letter number /3/ date 06/01/2008 we insist all the shipping agencies that own hoppers and bulk grabs inside the port the necessity of referring to the operations and investments authorities-storing department and that in a period of time that finishes the end of this week bringing with them the contracts that allows the entrance of these equipment into the port and occupying the necessary spaces.
and that in the purpose of the following:
1- limiting these hoppers and bulk grabs and its accessories if found.
2- limiting the used spaces of these equipment and their places and there will be a special color for every side to paint the equipment with.
and whom fails to attend during the date that is specified above will face the suitable procedures and lose his rights in using these hoppers and bulk grabs inside the port.
